The church is located on "The Avenue", among the woods behind Great Oakley Primary School and is accessed by vehicles via the Wix Road and "The Avenue", the first left turn along that road.

| | Student Cross again visit Great Oakley Village Hall | Venue: Village Hall
3:00 PM ap - The Essex leg of the Student Cross movement will again visit Great Oakley for a brief rest, a few refreshments and a prayer this afternoon at approximately 3pm. This is the first day of their pilgrimage to meet with other "legs" at Walsingham for Passiontide and Easter celebrations. Today they will cover the distance from Colchester to Harwich.
